The main features of TSL converters include the following:
Ultra-low quiescent current: When not switching, TSL converters have a quiescent current of only 1µA, which is critical for extending battery life, especially under light load conditions.

High efficiency: At a load of 20µA, TSL converters can achieve up to 80% efficiency; for specific voltage conversion applications, such as converting from 2.2V to 3.6V at a load of 200 mA, the efficiency can reach 92%; at a load of 500 mA, the efficiency can reach 95%.
Fixed and adjustable output voltage: TSL converters are available in fixed output voltage versions, including 5.1V, 3.6V, 3.3V and 3.0V, and also support adjustable output voltages from 2.0V to 5.5V.
Protection function: TSL converters have over-current protection, over-temperature protection and output short-circuit protection functions to ensure that the device can operate safely under various operating conditions.
Other features: Includes 2% feedback voltage accuracy, true disconnection during shutdown, built-in soft-start compensation, 1.2MHz fixed switching frequency, and SOT23-6 package.
