Daily maintenance:
Check the fuel pipe: If the fuel pipe is hardened or cracked, it must be replaced in time.
Check the fuel tank, fuel tank cap, carburetor, fuel switch and other components: If there is damage or leakage, it must be replaced in time. Check whether the oil level is within the mesh grid of the oil dipstick.
Regular maintenance:
Replace the oil: The first maintenance and oil replacement time of the supercharging station is 20 hours of cumulative operation. After that, the oil is replaced once every 50 hours of operation. The oil number is 10W-40, and the filling volume is 600ml each time.
Cleaning the air filter element: Clean it every 100 hours of operation.
Replace the spark plug and air filter element: Perform it when the cumulative operation hours are 500 hours.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Dust removal at the air inlet and outlet: Use a high-pressure air gun to blow dust from the inside of the metal mesh of the side door panel and the filter, and reinstall after confirming that they are clean. For the 180kW dual-gun DC all-in-one machine, it is also necessary to check the fan status and whether the dustproof cotton has too much dust, and take corresponding measures.
Check the cable condition: Regularly check whether the cable has aging or damage problems, ensure that the wiring is stable, the display is clear, and the buttons are responsive.
Safety inspection:
Electrical safety inspection: Regularly check the integrity of the protective ground wire to ensure that all electrical facilities meet national safety standards and ensure the safety of users and equipment.
