The composition of DC charging pile mainly includes the following parts:
DC pile shell: The main function is to fix and protect internal components. The shell usually contains indicator lights, display screens, card readers, emergency stop buttons, shell switches, air filters and fans.
DC charging gun: Used to connect to the car charging port to charge the car. The charging gun usually contains a charging gun terminal, a charging gun and a charging gun holder.
DC pile main control: The main control is the "brain" of the DC charging pile, responsible for controlling the operation and data of the entire charging pile. The main control part usually includes a microcontroller (MCU), a power management chip (PMIC), a communication interface chip and a power switch chip.
Charging module: The charging module is the core part of the charging pile, responsible for converting AC power into DC power, and delivering the specified current and voltage to the car battery according to the car BMS system. A charging pile can be equipped with multiple charging modules at the same time, and the common powers are 30KW, 60KW, 90KW and 120KW.
Other components: also include LED indicator board, LCD display, card reader, rectifier, wireless network module, switching power supply, anti-reverse board, electronic lock, fuse, ammeter, air switch, leakage circuit breaker, lightning arrester, single-phase air switch, shunt and cooling fan, etc.
